Alex Foti ist Teil der www.Chainworkers.org-Crew, einem seit 2000 existierenden Netzwerk von so genannten "Chainworkers", also Menschen, die in Supermarktketten wie Walmart arbeiten. Zuletzt editierte er gemeinsam mit Zoe Romano die "Precarity"-Ausgabe des Greenpepper Magazines aus Amsterdam, wo der Artikel "MAYDAY MAYDAY: euro flex workers, time to get a move on!" auch zuerst erschienen ist.
