In den letzten Jahren dienten uns Monster-Institutionen als experimenteller Rahmen, um die politischen Diagramme sozialer Bewegungen in die institutionelle Organisation von gesellschaftlicher Kooperation und von Wissensproduktion einzubringen. So wurden sowohl Kunstinstitutionen als auch unabhängige Institutionen wie Sozialzentren oder anomale Universitäten zum Ort unseres Experimentierens. Hybridisierung und Möglichkeit, Metamorphose und Innovation wurden dabei zu Stichwörtern für die Herausbildung nicht-repräsentationistischer politischer Formationen und für die Analyse des Verhältnisses von Krise und sozialem Wandel. In diesem Kontext fungiert Universidad Nómada als Dispositiv für die Produktion autonomen Wissens und politischer Interventionen.

Francesco Salvini is an activist and a researcher. He participates in Unversidad Nomada (www.universidadnomada.net) in the autonomous space Exit in Barcelona (www.exit-bcn.blogspot.com), and in the journal Posse (www.posseweb.net) with a particular focus on the dynamics of social movements in Europe and on the postcolonial dimension of European urban space. He also works as a translator and is starting a PhD at Queen Mary, University of London.

Raúl Sánchez Cedillo lives in Madrid and was trained in philosophy. He works as a translator. Since 1991 he's been collaborating with the post-operaist research and political networks, and has edited a number of works by Antonio Negri, Félix Guattari and others. Politically, he was active in the antimilitarist and Insumisión movement during the 90's, later in the okupación and Centros Sociales Okupados' movement and the first ciberactivism network in Spain, www.sindominio.net. Since 2000 he's been promoting new self-educational and political projects, mainly the Madrid based Universidad Nómada (www.universidadnomada.net)"
